UNEM E-Sports
Welcome to UNEM E-Sports, where passion meets performance. Our journey began amidst the challenges of the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown in Belgium. With traditional racing tracks closed, we turned to the virtual realm of Gran Turismo for our adrenaline fix. Since then, we’ve logged countless races and celebrated numerous podium finishes, forging an unbreakable bond along the way.
At UNEM, we understand the power of teamwork. While we may not claim the title of the absolute best, our commitment to collaboration sets us apart. Our team comprises Dutch-speaking drivers from Belgium and the Netherlands, united by a shared love for racing. Some of us formed friendships on real tracks, while others connected virtually.

With our founder Tibo Vankrunkelsven leading the way, we’ve built a team of drivers who are equally skilled and committed. This unity helps us stay ahead in competitions, particularly in endurance races where consistency is key. Teaming up with our valued partners at Secret Driver Club (SDC), we’ve conquered numerous 24-hour races, proudly displaying both our logos in a distinctive 50/50 design. This year we even created a fully functional SDC racingteam powered by UNEM drivers and guest drivers who would like to join them for a race.
But our partnership with SDC goes beyond racing. Their innovative work in the realm of NFTs and the $Drive token initiative is reshaping the landscape of sim racing. Through programs like ‘drive to earn,’ participants can now earn money with their passion for racing, whether by achieving podium success, showcasing the $Drive logo on their vehicles, or promoting the project on social media platforms.
Together, we’re not just a racing team; we’re a family driven by a shared passion for competition and innovation. Join us as we continue to push the boundaries of virtual racing and redefine what it means to be part of the UNEM E-Sports family.
